Professional Mold Remediation
Mold spores are a major concern for remediators. Because of their very small size, mold spores can be anywhere there is air, including under carpet, inside wall cavities, under kitchen cabinets, virtually everywhere. Molds are usually not a problem unless mold spores land on a damp spot and begin growing. As mold grows it reaches a point where it is time to continue its life cycle. The mold begins to produce spores which can be allergenic and/or toxic.
Mold remediation should not begin until a thorough assessment has been completed. Remediating mold involves either removing mold from the surface on which it is growing or removing the material where the mold is growing.
